In the event of service disruptions or interruptions due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, traffic congestion, or technical issues, Rides In Atlanta may provide refunds or credits at its discretion.

Refunds will be processed promptly upon approval and typically take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account. Rides In Atlanta reserves the right to withhold or delay refunds in cases of suspected fraudulent activity or abuse of the refund policy.
