Thank you for choosing RidesInAtlanta.com. By using our ride share services in Atlanta and the surrounding areas, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

1. Ride Share Services:

Rides In Atlanta provides ride share services connecting passengers with drivers for transportation within Atlanta and the surrounding areas. By requesting a ride through website, you agree to pay the applicable fare and adhere to the terms of service outlined herein.

2. User Conduct:

You agree to use our ride share services responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not engage in any unlawful, harmful, or disruptive behavior, including but not limited to: intoxication, harassment, vandalism, or theft.

3. Booking and Payment:

To book a ride, reservations must be made 48 hours in advance. You must provide accurate pickup and drop-off locations through our mobile app or website. You agree to pay the fare for the ride using the payment method specified in your account. All payments are subject to our payment terms and conditions.

 4. Rescheduling Requests:

a. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability. Rides In Atlanta will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests, but availability cannot be guaranteed, especially during peak hours or busy periods.

b. Customers must notify Rides In Atlanta of any rescheduling requests at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time may not be accommodated.  

c. A rescheduling fee may apply for certain rescheduling requests, such as changes made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time or changes resulting in additional distance or time. The rescheduling fee amount will be communicated to the customer at the time of the request. 

d. Exceptions to the rescheduling policy may be made in extenuating circumstances, such as emergencies or unforeseen events. Rides In Atlanta reserves the right to waive rescheduling fees or accommodate rescheduling requests at its discretion. 

e. Customers may request to reschedule a ride booking for the following reasons:

• Change of pickup/drop-off location
• Change of pickup/drop-off time
• Extension of trip duration

4. Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel a ride booking without penalty within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time to receive FULL refund. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a 10% cancellation fee. Rides In Atlanta reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for excessive cancellations or abuse of the cancellation policy.

5. Driver Conduct:

Rides In Atlanta drivers are responsible for providing transportation services to passengers. You agree to treat drivers with respect and refrain from any behavior that may compromise their safety or interfere with their ability to provide service.

6. Safety and Liability:

While Rides In Atlanta takes measures to ensure the safety and security of passengers and drivers, we cannot guarantee or be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur during rides. Passengers are responsible for their own safety and should exercise caution when using our ride share services.

7. Intellectual Property:

All trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with Rides In Atlanta ride share services are the property of Rides In Atlanta and may not be used without prior written permission.

8. Privacy Policy:

Your use of our ride share services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Modification of Terms:

Rides In Atlanta reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or mobile app. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
